The passion of tango is re-imagined in an extraordinary act by Emily and Menno van Dyke. Legendary tango virtuoso Ástor Piazzolla inspired Menno, a juggler from Amsterdam, and Emily, a dancer from Paris, to create never-before-seen choreography combining dance and juggling. Menno has garnered acclaim at circus festivals in China, Paris, and Monte-Carlo, while Emily has danced classical and modern ballet and performed at the famous Lido de Paris. The husband-and-wife duo has performed their unique act, Juggling Tango, at many high-profile venues since its creation in 2007. These venues include Europe’s most renowned variety theater stages and international circus festivals, where they received two gold medals. They now introduce Juggling Tango to the United States.
