The Big Apple Circus, an internationally recognized, not-for-profit touring circus, is currently seeking the following position (s):

Mechanic’s Assistant.

Duties: maintain show vehicles and equipment (semi tractors / trailers, pickup trucks, passenger vans, forklifts, diesel gen sets). Driver’s license is required, CDL a plus. Forklift operation required. Must have basic knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines and heavy truck mechanics (air suspensions, hydraulic and air brake systems, wheel bearings, electrical systems, tires, ect.)

This job requires full-time travel with the show. Position provides: salary, housing, all meals, and tour transportation. Tools and equipment provided.
